The previous Inner Work of the Medium class proved to be so enjoyable and rewarding for students that we received several requests to offer More Inner Work of the Medium!

While many mediums focus on how to connect with Spirit, the strongest communicators also focus on who is doing the connecting. Their thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and ego all influence how clearly they communicate.

More Inner Work of the Medium continues to explore the inner foundations that support the medium and help build their inner power. A great demonstration of mediumship is not only about the quality of the evidence given, but also about how confidently and authentically the medium presents themselves. Learning to believe in oneself is often the first step towards finding the courage to speak.

Over six weeks, international medium and tutor Anne-Marie Bond will guide students beyond the mechanics of mediumship and into a deeper exploration of self-awareness, emotional understanding, and self-management. These qualities can strengthen not only mediumship, but many areas of spiritual development.  This class is suitable for anyone who wishes to reduce analytical thinking, perfectionism, and the pressure of “getting it right”, while developing greater trust in themselves and their connection with Spirit.

The aim of each session is to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where students can strengthen themselves from the inside out. As the saying goes, “when you own yourself, you own your mediumship.”
Through a variety of practical and creative exercises, students will learn to become more comfortable with stillness, explore their creativity, strengthen their intuition, recognize  when the ego is interfering, quieten the inner critic, and speak from a place of honesty, calm, and trust.

While the primary focus is inner development, each class will include fun, practical, and creative individual and group exercises designed to help students build confidence, awareness, and trust in their own perception. Please bring a pen, pencil, coloring pens and paper to each class, as some activities, including simple drawing exercises, will form part of the learning process.

By the end of the six weeks, students will have a deeper understanding of themselves as mediums and greater confidence in speaking from a place of honesty, presence, and trust.
